Brief Description:
The ImageNow system will be upgraded from version 6.7 to 7.1.
User Impact:
Users or their IT support organization will have to install an upgraded version of the ImageNow client. Most features remain the same between versions, though most users will notice that the sunflower has been removed from the startup splash screen.

Full Description:
The ImageNow system will be upgraded beginning at 5:45pm Friday, April 28, 2017 and continue through the weekend. All users may resume normal operation in the new environment at 8:00am Monday, May 1, 2017.
ImageNow will be offline from 5:45pm Friday April 28, 2017 until about 3:00am Saturday, April 29, 2017. Except for the first couple of hours, WebNow access will be provided to a read-only copy of the documents for those departments that need access to them while the upgrade is taking place.
CIT has been working closely with local IT support providers. It is expected that they can begin upgrading ImageNow desktop client software after noon on Saturday, April 29th.
