Performance Issue: Some user attempts to add funds to Net-Print using a credit card failed.

Brief Description:
Some users have been reporting that credit card transactions were not being registered with the Net-Print service.
User Impact:
Some users were unable to add funds to their Net-Print account.
Workaround:
There is no workaround for this issue
Current Status:
The Net-Print staff has discovered the cause of this problem and believe the issue has been resolved as of 10:23 AM today (4/25). People who have been unable to add funds to their Net-Print account should try again. If the process still fails, please email net-print@cornell.edu or contact the IT Service Desk.

Full Description:
Starting at about 1:00 PM on 4/19, some, but not all, attempts to add funds to Net-Print using a credit card failed. Although the transaction appeared to succeed, the funds were not added to the Net-Print account. However, the credit card transaction was voided by the processor, so the card was not actually charged.
