Brief Description:
We will be enabling notifications in WebEx, which will appear to hosts whenever they start a meeting. Hosts will see a notice in the web browser that the WebEx service is ending in June, and that they need to transition to Zoom.
User Impact:
Hosts (and only hosts) will receive a disclaimer message when they start a WebEx meeting. The message notifies them WebEx service is ending in June and they need to move to using Zoom and grab any of their WebEx recordings they want to keep. Hosts will need to click an agreement button to continue to their meeting.

We will be enabling notifications in WebEx which will appear to a host (hosts only, not attendees) whenever they start a meeting. The notification will present a notice in their web browser that the WebEx service is ending in June and that they need to transition to Zoom (and save any WebEx recordings they want to keep). The notification will require the host to click an "I agree" button to acknowledge the notification and continue to their meeting.
