Full Description:
The BMC Remedy Smart IT and MyIT will be upgraded, bringing new features and improvements to presets, date and time display, and templates. In the Ticket Console, there will be new options to specify a default preset filter which will persist even after logging out or refreshing the browser, edit presets, or apply filters and arrange columns and save them as a preset. There will also be improvements to date and time display, and when selecting a ticket template, only the ones created for your group will be displayed. For more information, see:
