Brief Description:
Most apps appear to be missing from the Outlook on the Web App Launcher.
User Impact:
The App Launcher in Outlook on the Web is missing link tiles for many services.
Workaround:
Users may be able to access the affected services by navigating directly to their corresponding URLs. For example, after logging into http://outlook.cornell.edu , visiting https://cornellprod.sharepoint.com/_layouts/15/sharepoint.aspx should provide an App Launcher with all tiles.
Current Status:
Microsoft has announced that system patching is complete and they have verified that all previously affected systems now have the new certificate applied and service has been restored.

Users may be unable to view some app launcher tiles within Outlook on the Web. Affected tiles include SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Office Online. Exchange Online app launcher tiles are not affected by this issue. The problem originated with a certificate update which did not get applied properly by Microsoft to some of their systems hosting Outlook on the Web.

Microsoft has verified that the fix they engineered is working and estimates that between 80 and 90 percent of affected users should no longer be seeing the problem. Users may be unable to view some app launcher tiles within Outlook on the web. Affected tiles include SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Office Online. Investigation determined that a recent certificate update contained a configuration issue which prevented the certificate from being installed on a subset of systems which host Outlook on the web.
