Full Description:
New inbound router will cause a change in how spam is handled at Cornell. Previously email that was identified as spam was rejected by our servers, and senders received a notification that their email had been rejected. Messages will no longer be rejected; they will be marked as quarantined. Users can access these messages via a new feature called Cornell Email Quarantine, and senders will not know their messages were marked as quarantined.
