On Sunday, Feb 26, between midnight - 5:00am the Remedy system will be unavailable for 15 minutes while the vendor (BMC) performs a scheduled maintenance. If requests are submitted during the 15 minute maintenance, they will be queued up and processed normally after the work has been completed.
