User Impact:
Course Add/Drop, New User creation, and new course creation in Blackboard via Peoplesoft integration will not occur during this period.

Students added to or removed from classes during the Friday, 2/17/2017, 8:00pm EST until Tuesday, 2/21/2018, 7:30am EST, will not be reflected in Blackboard courses. Peoplesoft is being upgraded during this time-period. Blackboard course rosters will be updated after that time.
