Searches in Outlook Web Access were not working for individuals whose Exchange accounts are hosted on the MBXA node (about a third of Exchange users).

CIT has fixed the problem. The MBXA node was not responding correctly to normal Exchange operations. A standard node failover was done to resolve the issue, resulting in an outage of about 10 seconds for users on the MBXA node. Some users may have been disconnected from Exchange when this happened.
