custudent.webex.com, a WebEx instance specifically for JGSM students, is returning a Shibboleth error and users are not able to log in. Cornell engineers are investigating. Zoom and Skype for Business are available as alternatives for web conferencing. See http://www.it.cornell.edu/services/webconferencing/
