Full Description:
We are currently working on two Remedy critical issues:\n1- Unprocessed emails: There are over 200 emails that haven’t been processed. The oldest is from yesterday morning at 9:30 AM.\n2- Incident form not rendering correctly: When viewing an incident, the form is missing the right section with the tabs and the left section with the menus. As a workaround, you can work the incident from the Incident Management console where you can read and create worklog and send email.
