All Exchange mailboxes will be moved within this time period. To maximize how quickly these moves are done, we cannot specify the exact date when any individual's mailbox will be moved. However, to minimize disruption, we are only doing these moves during the overnight hours.\n\nOn the night a mailbox is moved, the individual won't be able to access their new mail for as little as a few minutes to as long as 60 minutes, depending on how much mail is stored in their mailbox. It's estimated that 2 GB of mail will take 15 minutes to move, and 7 GB of mail will take 60 minutes to move.\n\nAny mail sent to the individual while their mailbox is being moved will be delivered as soon as the move is completed. The individual will not notice any difference after their mailbox is moved, and their mail quota size will still be the same. All Exchange mailboxes will be moved within this time period.
