Full Description:
AOL appears to be blocking emails that contain a Qualtrics survey link or a link to qualtrics.com. AOL has indicated that the email is blocked because AOL users have previously complained about a URL or the qualtrics.com domain that is in the body of the blocked message. It is not clear whether those complaints were in response to invitations sent from Cornell or if it was due to some other source of email that had links to Qualtrics surveys or websites\n.\nCornell engineers are investigating, and Qualtrics representatives are being notified.\nSince this type of block is not specific to Qualtrics, individuals doing other types of mailings should be aware of this practice by AOL, where messages may be blocked if they contain a web address or domain that AOL users have complained about.
