NCS engineers manually re-routed the COGENT ISP service over the alternate 10G path. COGENT ISP service is restored and we currently have 2 functioning ISP's for commodity Internet service. We expect to have the ORIE site in NYC restored within the hour. We need to run fiber jumpers in Rhodes and re-configure some routers.
