Email addressed to some Exchange Group Accounts (special mailboxes) is not being delivered. CIT is working on the issue.

This issue has been fixed. Messages sent to the affected Exchange Group Accounts between 10:30am and 3:25pm cannot be re-delivered by CIT, so the senders will need to resend them. CIT is preparing a report of affected Exchange Group Accounts and some basic information from the mail logs. We will notify the affected Exchange Group Accounts on or before Monday, May 23. | This issue has been fixed.
