This issue has been fixed. Messages sent to the affected Exchange Group Accounts between 10:30am and 3:25pm cannot be re-delivered by CIT, so the senders will need to resend them. CIT is preparing a report of affected Exchange Group Accounts and some basic information from the mail logs. We will notify the affected Exchange Group Accounts on or before Monday, May 23.
