Full Description:
There are reports of difficulties connecting with NYU through Internet networking. At present it appears that email from Cornell to NYU and from NYU to Cornell is being affected, as is the ability for individuals at Cornell to retrieve web pages from NYU. There are indications of routing issues, and that Internet traffic routing information is preventing DNS queries from resolving properly.
