Contrary to information from the vendor that has been circulated to the Cornell community, the preview of the new Qualtrics (Central Survey Service) interface is being displayed to users without them having to take an action to opt in. The vendor has been contacted to ask whether the behavior can be changed so that people are not surprised when they sign in.\n\nTo switch back to the previous version of the Qualtrics interface, in the upper right-hand corner of the Qualtrics interface, click on the down-pointing arrow to the right of the profile icon and select "Leave the Qualtrics Insight Platform."\n\nNote: When switching back, Qualtrics prompts that changes to reports made while in the new interface will be lost, and that updated public report links and scheduled report emails will be reverted. For these reasons, we advise that users who anticipate switching back to the previous interface not make changes in these areas while using the new interface, to avoid the risk of losing work.
