The Exchange Group Account Tool (used for migrating special mailboxes to Exchange and for managing access to Exchange Group Accounts) is having performance problems due to heavy load. This issue has been resolved.

The performance problems are due to low memory. CIT will resolve this issue by doubling the memory during the regular maintenance window on Thursday morning (5-7am), June 3. There will be a brief outage of about 10 minutes during that time. Until that work is done, some individuals may have difficulty using the Exchange Group Account Tool. CIT has done an emergency fix to increase the memory available to the Exchange Group Account Tool. Individuals should no longer have trouble accessing the tool.
