The Net-Print laser printing service is not working for individuals or computer labs that are running old versions of Bear Access that use SideCar. \n\nIndividuals or computer labs experiencing this problem need to upgrade Bear Access to the current version. See http://www.cit.cornell.edu/services/bearaccess/software.cfm \n\nAs an alternative, individuals can use Net-Print in the libraries or the CIT labs. For locations, see http://www2.cit.cornell.edu/services/labs/\n
