The data center vendor for BMC (Remedy) has notified them that high traffic on networks into BMC systems may be producing periods of slow performance or unavailability for the Remedy service. The problem began around noon on Monday, 1/25/16.

The issue was resolved at 2:14pm. BMC engineers worked with their data center vendor and determined the problem occurred when another customer in their data center began consuming large amounts of network bandwidth.  This affected all customers in the data center.
