CIT has received reports that some Remedy users are occasionally getting disconnected and also experiencing intermittent slowness with the service.

The issue with intermittent slowness with the Remedy On Demand service continues this morning. The problem is with the ISP (Internet Service Provider) for BMC. The issue affecting Remedy On Demand is part of a broader problem currently having an impact on ISP peering connections between major Internet traffic handlers. As normal Internet traffic increases with the business day, there is a good possibility that congestion will increase and performance of Remedy and other services that follow the same routes will degrade further. Engineers at affected services are continuing to work on resolving the issues.
