Email via elists appears to be experiencing long delays perhaps since 10:30 this morning.

Email through elists is now flowing quickly (less than 5 min delay).\nWe confirm that for messages posted around noon today that the delay was 3 hours. It appears all messages from earlier to day have been processed by the elist server and sent out.\n\nWe are uncertain what the cause of the delay was.
