Full Description:
Cornell engineers are investigating why some emails sent to e-lists did not make it to the e-list server. Testing indicates that the problem is not currently occurring, and information is being gathered to take steps to prevent it from happening again.\nSince the issue doesn't appear to be active at this time, e-list administrators and users are encouraged to use the service as they normally would. If a problem is encountered, CIT would greatly appreciate details that will aid efforts to diagnose and fix it.\nAnyone having problems sending email to an e-list should contact the administrator for that list.\nE-list administrators who see this issue should contact the IT Service Desk with the following information:\nThe address the message was sent to.\nThe address the message was sent from.\nThe time the message was sent.\nHow the message was sent--from Office 365, Cmail, or other source.

Most e-list email appears to be getting through to the e-list server at this time, however it has not been possible yet to definitively determine whether the issue is resolved. CIT continues to investigate the root cause, and would appreciate any precise information available about email sent after 4:30pm 11/30/15 to an e-list that was not received by the list, per the instructions in the description of this issue.
