The IT Service Desk has received reports that individuals who access their email using smtp/authusersmtp (at Cornell, this typically includes Apple Mail and Thunderbird users, and is generally not people using one of the Outlook applications) are having difficulties getting their mail. Cornell engineers are investigating and working on resolving the issue.
