Cisco has informed us that a recent security update from Microsoft (KB3069392) may prevent some users from sharing their desktop or an application within Meeting Center, Training Center, Event Center, Support Center, as well as Remote Access and Access Anywhere services on cornell.webex.com. Cisco engineers are working on a fix.
