Performance: Email service 7/15

Microsoft indicated that there was a degradation of email service in the early evening of Wednesday, July 15, 2015. They reversed the changes they were attempting to make that caused the issue, and within a few hours, announced that the problem was resolved. Cornell’s systems also showed that email flow appeared to be within normal parameters. Cornell engineers are continuing to monitor email traffic flow. Members of the Cornell community having difficulty getting their email should contact the IT Service Desk.
