Instant Messaging (IM) within Outlook Web App (OWA)
There is no workaround for this issue
The ability to log in to and use Instant Messaging (IM) within Outlook Web App (outlook.cornell.edu) is not currently available. Cornell engineers are working with Microsoft to investigate.\n\nOnly IM within OWA is affected. Use of IM in Lync/Skype for Business desktop applications is not affected.
