Logging in to Outlook Web App (outlook.cornell.edu) may not work for some Chrome, Firefox, or Internet Explorer users. If this affects you, clear all browsing data for the previous week, quit the browser, and try again.

In addition to reports about difficulty logging in with Chrome, we have heard a few reports of similar experiences with Firefox and Internet Explorer. Clearing the browser cache and (especially for Chrome) other browsing data fixes the issue. CIT is continuing to investigate the underlying cause. CIT is continuing to investigate the underlying cause of the issue with Chrome. It began after ADFS, which provides login access to Outlook Web App and other Office 365 services, was upgraded this weekend.\n\n\nPREVIOUS DESCRIPTION:\nWe're seeing intermittent issues with the Outlook Web App login page, outlook.cornell.edu.
