Scheduled Service Change: Delays for mail routing changes and changes to Exchange Group Accounts
Delay in how quickly changes made in WhoIAm or Exchange Account Manager take effect.
There is no workaround for this issue
Starting at 6pm on 6/12, individuals who use WhoIAm to change their mail routing, or who use Exchange Account Manager to make changes to Exchange Group Accounts, will not see those changes take effect until late on June 13 or 14.
