Full Description:
While investigating a single report, the ID Management team discovered that a 2-3 minute outage occurred on June 3, around 11:24am. \n\nRoot cause: This very brief outage was a result of a failure on a single domain controller that the Shibboleth server was bound to. Shibboleth recovered on it's own but it took a couple minutes.
