We are receiving reports that some users are experiencing an “Authentication error” while working in Remedy.

The vendor implemented changes over the past weekend (5/30) and we are no longer getting reports of authentication or time out errors. The vendor has implemented a temporary fix however we are still getting some reports of authentication errors. Additional changes will be made by the vendor over the weekend in an attempt to resolve this issue.
