Remedy will be unavailable to users on 5/16/15 from 1:00am - 5:00am.
There is no workaround for this issue
This outage is necessary to update the single sign-on configuration. During the outage, notification related to incident created or updated into your support group queue will still be delivered. After the outage, you will log in Remedy the same way you did before, nothing will be changed.
