Users of the new Firefox version 36 are reporting “Secure Connection Failed” errors with Blackboard, Confluence, PeopleSoft, EZRA, and the Sponsored Portal. Please use another browser or an older version of Firefox.

This issue has been traced to a change in Firefox 36 that causes it to exceed the maximum value limit set on Cornell's load balancers. As a workload, CIT has raised the limit.
