Performance: Outgoing calls to toll-free 800 numbers
There is no workaround for this issue
From approximately 8:00am - 8:50am this morning, Finger Lakes Technologies Group (FLTG) experienced service issues on outgoing toll-free 800 calls for *all* of their customers, including Cornell. For the approximately 50 minutes that the outage occurred, FLTG routed calls through Paetec to minimize inconvenience.
