Some Entourage 2008 and Mail 4 users may be having trouble connecting to the Exchange email system. \n\nThe symptoms are that Entourage 2008 and Mail 4 were working correctly; starting February 6, some users who had logged out of Entourage 2008 or Mail 4 have been unable to connect again. This issue appears to be affecting only some users. CIT is working to resolve the issue.\n\nA temporary workaround is available. Only follow these instructions if you're experiencing the symptoms described above. Users who implement this workaround will need to adjust their settings again once CIT advises that it has resolved the issue.\n\nEntourage: From the Entourage menu, choose Account Settings. Choose the account, click the Advanced tab, and change the Exchange server to \nhttps://exchange.mail.cornell.edu/EWS/Exchange.asmx \n\nMail 4: From the Mail menu, choose Preferences and click the Accounts tab.
