Quest, an administrative tool used to manage permissions and roles in Cornell Active Directory, is unavailable. The same issue is also affecting the form to request GuestIDs, and the add/delete permit command for the Permit Bridge.

The Quest outage was traced to an issue with the backend database mirroring, which CIT has resolved. We are looking at improving our process to prevent issues of this type in the future and to add an extra monitoring step.
