As of 16:30 the elist service has fully processed all (250) pending elist email and is back in normal operation. It was restored to service at 16:05. Although the problem became severe enough to be notice about 15:32 the logs show that problems started as far back as 14:08. If you encounter further problems please contact the IT service desk.
