User Impact:
When the application is shut down, users will not be able to log in or use the SVN repositories and the back end to the CCAB application will not display any data.

Full Description:
On Sunday November 9, 2014, between 6:00am and 7:00am, the TeamForge/SourceForge/Subversion application will be unavailable while the Oracle database has patches applied. The services will be restored after the patching is complete.
