***Time Correction***\n\n The e-list service will be upgraded to Lyris\n ListManager v10.2c (from v9.3g)\n\nAnticipated User Impact:\n During the upgrade email to the lists will be queued,\n and delivered after the upgrade. During the upgrade\n the administrative web interface will be unavailable.\n After the upgrade very little change will be visible\n to list admins and no change will be see in email\n usage. However the service should work better as\n there are many bug fixes and performance enhancements.\n\nServices Impacted:\n This upgrade will affect nearly all of the \n @cornell.edu e-lists.\n\n You can tell it a list is affected by looking at its\n mail routing.\n\n If it says @list.cornell.edu then it is affected.\n\n UNAFFECTED will be net-announce-l, specialconditions-l\n and the other lists on the alternate server.\n\nTo view the Change Management Calendar of events, please visit:\n\nhttp://change-management.cit.cornell.edu/\nand click on 'Link to CIT Planned Outages Oracle Calendar'
