Search in Outlook Web App (http://outlook.cornell.edu) is not working correctly for some people. As a workaround, set the folder to "conversation view" (menu under the search box) and limit the search to the current folder (buttons on the left).

Microsoft engineers have developed a fix. At this point, a portion of Cornell accounts are in the Office 365 build that has the fix. Microsoft is continuously moving accounts for all their customers worldwide, so we can expect that this issue will steadily become resolved for the rest of the affected Cornell accounts.
