There is no workaround for this issue
Replace the CUKerberos.jar file in the K4 ticket daemon for\n WebMail to repoint it from the (soon to be retired) production\n K4 servers to the K4 VMWare cluster dedicated to WebMail.\n\nAnticipated User Impact:\n Users will have a brief outage of 30 seconds to 2 minutes while\n the daemon is stopped, the file is copied into the correct\n place, and the daemon is restarted.\n\nServices Impacted:\n Production WebMail service\n\nTo view the Change Management Calendar of events, please visit:\n\nhttp://change-management.cit.cornell.edu/\nand click on 'Link to CIT Planned Outages Oracle Calendar'
