User Impact:
Services on servers that are single attached to Tier 1 will have a 5-10 minute outage at some point during the 3 hour maintenance window. Tier 1 is the main tier and several services will be affected.

Upgrade Tier 1 network switch firmware in the Server Farm, the switches will be upgraded one at a time. The Cisco Nexus switches in Rhodes will also be upgraded at this time.
