Full Description:
Some visitors to www.cornell.edu who are using Internet Explorer and are connected to the Cornell wired or Wi-Fi network are experiencing missing or obscured page elements and general poor performance. This issue can be resolved by turning off an Internet Explorer option, "Display intranet sites in Compatibility View." \n\nFor different versions of Internet Explorer, instructions to find this setting can be found at the bottom of the following pages, under "To change Compatibility View settings":\n\nIE 8: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/internet-explorer/use-compatibility-view#ie=ie-8\n\nIE 9: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/internet-explorer/use-compatibility-view#ie=ie-9 \n\nIE 10: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/internet-explorer/use-compatibility-view#ie=ie-10\n\nTechnicians are working on a solution that would no longer require this setting to be changed to fix the problem. Anyone in need of further assistance should contact webmaster@cornell.edu.
