Scheduled Service Change: Video Conferencing Infrastructure: Switch Change
Until the devices re-acquire network connectivity calls will fail and the management tools (webgui/rdp) will be unavailable. \n\nExpected downtime is approximately five minutes. Maintenance is being performed at a time in the morning before normal use occurs.
There is no workaround for this issue
On 6/20 at 7am the Telepresence Content Server and Multipoint Control Unit/ Video Bridge will be cutover to a new network switch. Normal functionality will return at 7:15am.
