Some individuals who access their Office 365 email using IMAP and POP are seeing poor performance. Please call the IT Service Desk at 607 255-5500 if this is affecting you. Outlook Web App (http://outlook.cornell.edu) may be used as an alternative.

IMAP and POP email are seriously affected. While there are also some performance issues with Office Web App, they are not as severe, and so it may be used as a workaround (outlook.cornell.edu).
