While the outage was in progress, email was delayed and the admin web interface was unavailable. Afterwards all email was processed and sent out.

All elists on www.list.cornell.edu which is most @cornell.edu elists were down from 13:23 to 14:28 today 2014-Mar-19 due to an internal failure in the elist server software. The delayed email was fully processed by 15:10
