Some users may see financial transactions rejected if they attempt to use the inactivated subobject codes.\n\nAnalysis has been done prior to identifying subobject codes to inactivate, they have not been used in FY12, FY13, or FY14.

Before the University Budget Cycle begins, we have been asked to 'Inactivate' 972,700 unused KFS SubObject codes. We will be doing this with SQL to both KFS and PeopleSoft database tables to keep them in sync.
