Full Description:
Outlook Web App's new "add room" feature is not yet available for many units. Room Lists appear, but most still need OU admins to add rooms to them. Until then, users will be told no rooms were found and should invite rooms using the "attendees" field.

On December 23, the Room Lists were added and they now show up under "add room" in Outlook Web App. However, most room lists are currently empty. To populate them, OU administrators will need to add conference rooms to their Room List. Until this is done, users will see a message indicating no rooms were found. \n \nEach top-level unit in CornellAD has a Room List to which the rooms for that unit can be added. The Primary OU administrators for each unit can manage the Room Lists in the same way they manage other universal distribution groups in CornellAD. OU Administrators should change the Display Name for their Room List to whatever will be most appropriate. \n\nUntil the Room List for their group is populated, users should continue to invite rooms using the "attendees" field. The "add room" feature relies on lists of rooms. These lists have not yet been created at Cornell. CIT is consulting with other units on the best organizational structure to use.
