This delivery issue was introduced with the Office 365 upgrade that happened Dec. 4-6. \n\nFor individuals who have configured their cornell.edu Office 354 account to route their mail to addresses outside of Office 365, mail they receive from other external addresses may not be routed correctly. Mail sent from other cornell.edu Office 365 accounts appears unaffected. \n\nCIT is working with Microsoft to address this issue. We are continuing to work with Microsoft to resolve this issue. It may take some time. \n\nIn the meantime, if you currently ONLY have your Cornell mail routed to an external email address, you should make a temporary change to allow mail to be delivered to your Office 365 account too. \n\nGo to Who I Am (https://www.whoiam.cornell.edu/whoiam/jsp/mail.jsp), check the box to deliver email to your Cornell Exchange account, and click the Update button. Your change will take effect within two hours.\n\nMaking this change will ensure that messages from external (non-Cornell) address are available to you at least in your Office 365 account. \n\nIndividual email accounts and Exchange Group Accounts are affected by this routing issue. This routing issue has been resolved. With Microsoft Technical Support, it was determined that a configuration setting was not properly imported during the Office 365 upgrade. This caused certain email messages to be routed incorrectly. \n\nThe correct configuration was determined and applied to our Office 365 tenant at approximately 2:30 PM EST.
