Some Androids can't retrieve email. Affected users are advised to change a setting (see Read more) on their Android.

If your Android device stops receiving mail please use the following steps to update your server information: \n\nGo to http://outlook.cornell.edu \n\nIn the upper-right corner of the window, click See All Options, then Account, then the small text "Setting for POP, IMAP and SMTP access."\n\nUse the server listed for IMAP connections as your server on your Android device. \n\nKeep these instructions for future reference as it is likely that this will happen again.\n\nCIT is continuing to investigate with Microsoft.
